We moms are too hard on ourselves. The mental chatter that accompanies being a parent can sometimes be deafening and more often than not, we find ourselves questioning our path, our parenting and losing our patience. The important thing is that we show up each day, let it all go and just let it flow. Yoga is a great practice for life and it’s these long summer days that I crave the sunshine outside and long to take my yoga practice outdoors. It’s also the time when kids are out of school and the household din reaches a feverish pitch. Looking to get away from it all and recharge? Here are a few summer yoga retreats to put a little sun into your salutation this season and plan ahead for the long winter ahead. Namaste.
